THYOSIL MFP200 is a liquid acrylic resin specially developed to improve flow and impact resistance in clear PC (Polycarbonate), allowing resins to flow without migration. For its properties is commonly used to reduce injection molding fill pressures and fill times.

THYOSIL MFP200 還可以用于PC/ABS 以及其他塑料PMMA,PVC,回收PET塑料 ，提供分子級的混合，通過增大分子間的自由空間提高流動(dòng)性，讓分子排列更有序及整齊。具有優(yōu)良的流動(dòng)性，良好的耐熱性及優(yōu)良的耐沖擊性。在大型部件和薄壁部件加工更方便，有利于填充料、顏料及其他添加劑的分散，有效提高生產(chǎn)效率，使產(chǎn)品具有最少的產(chǎn)品缺陷和光滑的表面，使塑料不易老化。

THYOSIL MFP200 is also compatible with PC blends with ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and other plastics as transparent ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate) and PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), and in consequence, this additive finds use in the key recycled plastics markets such as automotive, building and construction and packaging.
